Quality Hotel with Excellent Service
Park Plaza is a fine establishment with a very professional staff and amenities that compare very favorably to hotels worldwide with similar "star" or quality ratings. It’s location at the heart of the business district in Gurgaon and a 30-minute ride to Delhi Airport is an advantage. With a very efficient travel desk offering car services, it kept our deliberations productive with minimal hassles. The size of the hotel with 45-rooms is a plus and allows for a more personal experience. The rooftop swimming pool was a real advantage in Delhi heat. The staff at the hotel are extremely courteous and highly trained. The complimentary breakfast service is a very diverse spread from continental to ethnic and would easily beat similar offerings of other US or Western hotels of comparable ratings. We had an outstanding experience and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent in every way
This could be the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Service at every level was excellent, the room was extremely modern and exceptionally clean with fun accents like a high-pile bathroom rug, and the food at the restaurant downstairs was wonderfully delicious. There is buffet at night and the entire variety was very good, and so many great dessert options! Breakfast was equally as good and the chef stops by to see how everything is. We stayed two weekends in row and when we returned the second time they welcomed us back and remembered all of our details. They even gave us gifts when we checked out! (Tea boxes with fancy tea!) The only negatives are its kind of out-there location from downtown Delhi (but closer to the airport), and the pricey wireless internet (Rs800/day). Food was somewhat expensive, but well worth it.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Stay here if you don’t plan on going into downtown Delhi too much and want a really, really nice hotel that is reasonably close to the airport.

Convenient and Close to the Airport
Good location close to the airport. Courteous staff and decent room. Given the outlandish prices in Delhi for quality hotel rooms, this was a good value for the money !
