should be 5stars!
1st impression was not a very big hotel, until we got inside it was a tardis. Everything about the Merton was great. Meals in all the restaurants were of really high standard and plenty of choice and really good prices, staff very very friendly and helpfull .Airport shuttle was really good . Outdoor areas were very pleasant and relaxing. We would certainly go back again and recommend it to others . Thankyou to all for making our stay a very enjoyable one.
Buy a weekly bus ticket to get around the island (if you have not taken your car) excellent value for money. Just be aware of timetable changes in October.

The hotel is good value for money and has facilities that particularly appeal to children e.g . the aqua centre and the snooker room. It is a middle of the range hotel without therefore some of the features of a 4 or 5 star hotel The staff were friendly,efficient and helpful, especially in the restaurant.

A Great Hotel!
This is a fantastic hotel which I really enjoyed staying at. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. Overall the hotel was great with many good facilities, including a very fun leisure centre. The Hotel restaurants are a definite must try. Definitely a recommended hotel and will most certainly stay again if returning to Jersey.
