Good Enough
On a positive note, decent hotel for the money! Hotel is located on a main road a few minutes away from LAX. Good location for traveling about California. Hotel also has a secure parking lot. Negative aspect young crowd so it does get a little loud. In a sketchy neighborhood, never felt I was in danger but I would not go for a stroll late at night. Overall I would stay their again, the price is right and the staff was good.

Never staying here again!!!
As a student that was attending a seminar in LA I went with this hotel because of my limited budget. Once looking at the room I figured I would be more comfortable sleeping in the parking lot. The room was filthy; when I tried to use the shower it filled up with a thick dark residue on the top of the water. The sheets and bedding were dirty. The ceiling looked like it was falling in, which probably explains why the towels and bedding had so much crap on them. Come to find out that down the street the Hotel 8’s marquee had a cheaper price listed than what I found online. Lessons learned - I will never try Tradewinds again. I will sleep in the car first.
