Review
The only downside of this hotel was the food. It certainly didn’t ruin the trip, but it was not that great of quality. Everything else was perfect, couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Can’t wait to visit again
I had a great time at the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa. I would recommend and have to friends and family. The only problem to me is if your not Spanish speaking the can be a slight communication problem. As far as the staff was concerned they were very helpful and polite.

I wish I never left!!!
This trip to Punta Cana, was my first vacation. I’m 21 years old, and I went with my boyfriend and some friends, and it was the time of my life. There is so much to do every part of the day, and children, teens and adults can all have fun at this resort. Everything was perfect about it!!! The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. The merengue theatre was our favorite spot to go after dinner, and the pools during the day. Our room was absolutely beautiful and cool after a long day outside. As we rode the shuttle from the airport to the resort, this hotel definitely looked more safe, beautiful and elaborate compared to the other ones we passed. It made me feel special to stay here. I felt like a queen with how the staff acts and treats you. I would absolutely recommend everyone to stay here, and I would love to go back to this resort in the future.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Dont forget to bring cash or know pesos, Celsius, and meters because that might give you a more difficult time. Knowing some spanish will help, though the staff knows english very well. They get you involved with the activities at the resort, however they have parasailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, etc for an additional price. I did parasailing with dolphin dive (something like that) and it was completely worth it!!!
