Nice River view
I liked the location of the property, next to the river, and right next to a hyatt which has a bar and restauant without having to cross the street or drive. It’s also right next to super target so very convenient to pick up snacks and food for the full kitchen. Nice size room & layout, i.e. living area, desk area, and bed area. Decent furniture and bed. restroom and kitchen very clean and flooring too. Areas to improve upon: breakfast offerings are insufficient. one kind of plan bagle in a wrapper, no condiments to go with it, fruit was always gone by 8 am or earlier, coffee ran out every morning pretty early. first floor hallway near the pool had a odor similar to cat urine, it wasn’t overpowering but definitely noticed it every time I went to or from the room. Fortunately it was not present in the room.

Birds, birds, birds
Sparrows WILL wake you up before dawn!!! Lived in apartment in this area, over-run with sparrows living in the eves of buildings. This hotel has them, they need to close the holes the birds live in!

Breakfast means a pot of coffee
The room was fantastic but it turns out that "free breakfast" was actually a coffee machine. It was good coffee but what about the food!
