The hotel is in a beautiful location but isolated
Public areas ok but lack atmosphere. the staff are very nice and friendly and the areas are well kept. the rooms are very dated and in need of some refurbishment. Lack of Wifi is a surprise in this category of hotel. Use of the internet is expensive so is not encouraging for travellers on business or in transit.
No nearby restaurants about a 10 min wait for taxis and £8 for trip to city centre.

Quite nice
Nice room, reception staff good. Have been several times for functions, buffet breakfast especially poor. Opt for room service.

Not Impressed
Hotel a bit disappoiting considering it is 4 star Bed was very hard woke up in middle of night with twinges in my back mirror in bathroom was not even level(room148). We went for breakfast late on and there was a shortage of a few things Beans White Pudding Bacon and danish Pasties.
