Pretty good
I was looking for a hotel that wasn’t downtown, since it’s such a pain dealing with downtown traffic in San Jose, especially in the weekend. The room was pretty clean. I loved the location. It was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Could have been better
The hotel was undergoing construction which would have been nice to know in advance but in the end did not create any inconvenience. The bathroom smelled of urine the first day but was better after room service visited. The hairdryer was broken and despite promises to deliver a working one to my room I had to retrieve it myself from the desk at 11PM. The public computer and printer were on the fritz. Overall okay hotel but needs attention to details.
