Needs major improvement
Almost 30 min in line to check in, key did not work in spite of several trips back to reception, no hot water available, room needs to be freshened up, way too much money for what’s provided.

GREAT HOTEL; WISH IT COULD BE MOVED TO A BETTER AREA
Loved the breakfast buffet. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The large swiming pool and fully equipped fitness center and sauna are nice also. It’s not a safe area for walking at night however. If you need to get out of your room and walk around, go to the Centro Recreo Shopping Mall next door.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Be careful of the Lobby Bar. A shot of whiskey is frightfully expensive. They need to have a proper Lounge with big screen TV, etc...
