not great for the money
Nice people but after arriving at 12 noon, had to wait 20mins after 2pm to check in. Didnt realise window had been left slightly ajar by last occupant so that night air-con had to work harder and was noiser than need be- somebody missed it when room was checked. pillows too soft. safe was not working- not fixed during my 2 night stay. Web site says in-room massage service available- doesn’t exist- nearest is hilton 10 mins walk away and at extra cost. shower and nice deep bath-but with trendy small bore single tap took a long time to fill. Asked for quiet room but was put along side the room with pool equipment- noisy at times. Pool small but adequate, sun loungers plain canvas a bit tired, could do with padding. good breakfast.
buses outside to sliema 47c (exc 65) whereas a taxi 20 euros. ferry from sliema to valetta 93 cents one way but stops late afternoon.

lovely break
a lovely hotel in a very good location overlooking the bay , very convenient and yet peaceful, it really added to our enjoyment of the holiday.

A lovely hotel - strongly recommended
This is a really lovely hotel in an excellent position. There are splendid views across the harbour from the rooms. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in Malta.
