Not overly empressed
Room was next to ice machine which you could here running all night and people opening door to it and slamming shut.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Boat ride down the river. Downtown was dead, many stores building empty. Mall on northend good assortment of stores. Hospital looked great and parks along water front good.

Book directly with Hotels and save money!
The hotel was clean overall. It was very hard to find; the street access horrible! The staff were not helpful. There were always staff by the front doors smoking. The rooms were clean but not compared to the standards of other Holiday Express. To their credit, they have good rates, but alas Hotels.com’s rate was more than what our actual bill would have been!

Comfy Hotel
This was a very clean and friendly hotel. The desk clerk was happy and friendly even with a late night check in. The continental breakfast was really good. They have great cinnamon rolls. The only down side was it was hard to find the signs are not lit up at night and the entrance is through the parking lot of the bowling alley.
