1 day in Boston
Hotel location was great. Very Cute Lobby, Staff was very nice & helpful. First room had a no view. So they changed room with no problem. Rooms were small, but clean. We had a little room with a fake fireplace, and no closet. Only 3 hooks on the wall for hanging cloths, Kinda funny. The bed was pretty hard. But good value for the location & price.
Go to the Lounge at the top of the Prudential Building for Drinks & or apps. The view was great.

Modest at best
Front desk staff is not trained; they denied I was staying there to a caller. Breakfast is a joke, the man running the dining area did not have any of the complimentary items.
