Extremely Pleasent Surprise
Expedia has done it again. The Oasis Resort exceded my expectations. Staff was exceptional.I didn’t need to bring anything except food & clothes.The condo was very clean, easy to navigate and a pleasure to be in. Being on the second floor was a added bonus as the crawly things that are everywhere in the desert don’t like to venture above ground levels. The pool/s were clean & easy to get to. Discount tickets to Soak City helped my budget. Great location. Easy to get to everywhere without a problem. My grandkids were very impressed with the whole set-up and they are very hard to please at times. I have stayed at a lot of motels & resorts in the Palm Springs area over the last 30 years and I was very pleased to say the least. I hope to return in the future. Only thing that could improve would be a tv in both bedrooms & wireless internet access. Thanks Expedia & Oasis Resort. I can’t think of a reason NOT to stay ay the Oasis Resort.

Better than a hotel room
Initial contact with staff was not so good, quite a cold response at the desk, and no record of the free Soak City tickets offered with the booking. However, the reception warmed up a bit after some conversation. The condo offered was great, with a new Weber barbeque on the balcony. Room location wasn’t the best (by the wall by the main road), but acceptable. No issues with noise from the pool etc, but we weren’t in the main building.Kitchen well specified. Only 2 bikes to use, though we had booked for 4 people.

A home away from home
From the time you drive in the gates until you leave, this is the perfect spot for families to gather. It is beautifully landscaped and the rooms are clean with all the conveniences you need. I love the backyard grill and patio. The service is excellent and they respond to any concerns promptly. We’ve stayed at the Oasis Resort three summers in a row and had a perfect stay each time. My only suggestion is to stay more than two nights. I would have liked a week.
