great location, poor service
We arrived at the hotel and went to check in. They didn’t have our combination of preferences as the hotel was fully booked. They offered and very abruptly either a smoking room or a twin room. We took the twin , which consisted of the room service folks shoving the beds together and leaving the single duvets. We also were looking for extra nights accomadation, but they were not helpful on this either. That said, the location of the hotel was great, but the service totally put me off.

worth staying
Good for shopping,dining sughtseeing. One thing to complain is crowded elevators. Good business & too many guests caused the traffic up & down from rooms.Overall is OK.

Don’t miss to go shopping on Sunday night market. Have an hour foot massage.

Nice hotel
It’s standing in heart of Chiang mai, easy for to everywhere, I can eat all the night because it’s near MC Donald 24 hrs, Burger King and 7-11, I love it
