great location for a reasonable price and friendly staff
the hotel gives you what you pay for and a bit more, especially if you take into account the location. We visited with 2 kids for a weekend, the staff were friendly and the crib we asked for was waiting in the room (just with no sheets). the location of the hotel is great, less than 15 minutes to old Montreal. Close to the subway. the parking is a problem though, hotel parking is about 20$US (with taxes). i must say i was very dissapointed from the continental breakfast

Noisy Room
I stayed at this hotel for 1 weeknight night in October and found my room satisfactory. However, I had a room on the 4th floor facing a heavily traveled street which was extremely noisy with traffic, sirens and loud people that I heard for most of the night.

Nothing fancy, but everything you need
This is a great place to stay if youre more interested in checking out the city than in staying in your hotel room. The location is right on the Metro (Berri-UQAM), and the place is clean, neat, and respectable. Its no luxury resort, but if youre just looking for an affordable, decent place to stay while youre in Montreal, its what you want. Service was great and everyone at the front desk is bilingual.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Parking is a little expensive and hard to get into; next time I will probably park at Longueuil and Metro in. (Seriously, the Metro station is that close.)
