NICE PLACE TO STAY
We were very happy with the hotel for our short stay in Dec’07. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The only small glitch was our toilet didn’t work when we got there but it was fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The hotel sent someone to collect us from the airport at some ungodly hour and altough we were delayed by two hours the driver stayed until we got out of the airport at 2.15am !! We used the hotel’s taxi the next day to do all our sightseeing which was far cheaper and niceer than going on an organised tour. We would certainly stay here again

If you have no other option.
The room was clean. The resturant food was decent and yes it is not far from the airport. However, the phone numbers weren’t working to get in contact with the hotel and they weren’t responding to emails either before we arrived as our flight was delayed. Also the staff were indifferent and the manager was very rude with us over an issue even though we had it in writing (we were literally told "That’s your problem"). There was no hot water in the bathroom. It is also very much out of the way of central Mumbai and a lot of drivers had trouble finding the hotel. Also the internet and printer were broken (looks like it’s been broken for a long time too, maintenance is poor in the hotel). If you have no other option and need a stop over for the night you can try this place at your own risk.

Good Place
Found this Hotel to be very good for our purpose as we had to spend half a day between landing at the international airport and getting a flight from the Domestic airport.The hotel staff were very helpful.Their Airport pick-up service and drop off service was excellent.We advise all vistors to book the Airport Transfers before they leave their homes and carry a print-out of the Hotel Managers agreeing to do the transfers as this eases the work of the Receptionists.
