Worked for us.
Hotel is clean and usable. No noise or ventilation problems. Easy to locate with our GPS. Parking for our rental car was under the hotel, safe and secure (but cost $). Breakfast plan was offered at check-in, but again, cost extra ($). Not much in local area for morning meals. Several diners for dinner though. Great Irish Pub for a drink is located just outside front door of hotel. Located on the outskirts of Paris, it’s an easy 15 min drive to downtown to see the sights.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Would use this hotel again and recommend if you want clean, inexpensive lodging "in the area of Paris" and don’t mind driving into the city. Once in Paris, we parked our car in the "Carousel Parking Garage" under the Louvre Museum and then walked/rode subway all day and evening.

Good value hotel
The hotel is a bit far from the central Paris but close to RER Line A which takes you to Paris in ~25 min. From the RER station, you can take bus or walk to the hotel. I bought a 3-day Paris Visite which allowed me to ride bus too. Hotel staff was biligual and very helpful. The surrending area was pretty and clean, with many apparently thriving businesses.

I Wrote One Before Called Unpleasant Surprise
See my previous review. The Hotel did respond to some of our concerns, but overall, the facility is simply not up to par. Should be a 1 -2 star at most.
Traveller's tip for business travellers
If staying here, eat at the small Mauritian Deli around the corner next to the grocery store. Also, get your bottled water from the grocery store before you leave in the morning.
