Charming Accommodations
La Farge Perry House is a lovely bed and breakfast. Our room was gracefully appointed and quite comfortable. The bathroom was very large and well lit. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious as were the after hours snacks. The innkeeper did a nice job of pointing us in the right direction for various sites we wanted to see. We would definitely stay there again.

B&B Haven in Newport
La Ferge Perry House in Newport was a delightful surprise! After searching every online site for a vacant hotel during St. Paddys Day weekend, we came upon this quaint B&B in the heart of Newport. The room was spacious, quiet, with a beautiful view of the bay, and within walking distance of town. The friendly innkeeper (who also is a GREAT cook) and her sweet dog were very accommodating while giving us our space. I definitely would go back!

It felt like home!
The manager, Midge, was welcoming and sweet. We especially enjoyed playing with Jax, the resident sheltie. The food was wonderful and the house was beautifully done and immaculate. We will definitely return. Almost forgot--the most beautiful gardens were available for us to enjoy while reading or snacking on those amazing chocolate chip macaroons!
Traveller's tip on local attractions
All of Newports shopping and restaurants were only about a ten minute walk but the house is in such a serene area you would never realize it.
