Perfect for Disney
We had very helpful check-in and check-out assistants who provided all the details we needed for our stay. The evening bar tender/manager was a misery guts though. The breakfast was a bit disorganised (don’t wait, just grab a table if its busy). Excellent value, clean and air conditioned. Would use again.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
We went to the Disney village to see the shops etc and have something to eat on the first night. This area is free to visit (except for an 8 euro parking fee). If you visit Disneyland Park, get there by 9.30 as the rides all start at 10.00. Plan you day using the fast track system as this really reduces queing times. The hotel is also near a Metro train station for visiting Paris, but be careful of the very unhelpful ticket assistants at the station who really messed us about.

Good Hotel, Poor Restaurant
The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well located for access to Paris and to Disneyland Paris. The room was of an excellent standard and good value for money. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the restaurant. The food was over priced for the quality and sadly the standard of service let the hotel down. The bar was never attended so it was not possible to have a drink before (or after) the meal. The staff in the restaurant were slow and not interested in being helpful. We ordered four steaks as main courses and two turned up and had been consumed before the other two arrived. When we asked where the other two were the staff member was snappy and rude - totally unacceptable to guests in any sort of hotel.
Traveller's tip on dining
Stay at the hotel by all means but make other alternatives for dining. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. If you are staying at a busy time make a restaurant reservation in advance.

Worst restaurant we ever went to
The shower was broken and if you wanted a bath you had to have a showe at the same time! The restaurant was terrible the Maitre was extremely rude to us and the food was well below average. Our table was not ready and we were told to wait in the bar( no please no thankyou) and we could not get anyone to serve us a drink while we waited. The reastaurant was not full and the waiters did all the woprk while the Maitre stood and watched. he could have cleared a table for us as there were many many uncleared tables and we had two small children and our tabel was half an hour late. We had to wait 30 mins for the childrens desserts despite asking twice. Awful, will never eat there again. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
