Very nice, but not worth the price
The Guanhani is breathtaking, but is grossly overpriced - including the spa and incidentals. While the beach has a gorgeous view, since it is on the windward side of the island, is far from being St. Barth’s best. (Unless you happen to be a wind or kite surfer, in which case you’ll love it.) If you choose to stay there, rent a car because you’ll be distant from restaurants, shops and the island’s better beaches.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Visit pristine, fantastic Governeur beach. It’s not the easiest to get to, but is well worth the effort. Take water, towels etc. with you. There are no vendors there.
