Confort of my room
the heater of many rooms were not working OK, I had to change my room

Great Rooms and Location; Bad Customer Service
Pros - The room was really spacious, the location is great not to far from SD downtown and restaurants. Cons- At arrival the bed sheets were dirty, like cookie crumbs on top and inside the sheets. I called front desk and they promise to have them change right away. I left for dinner and look around. When coming back, the sheets were not changed. So, I have to call again and wait until they show up and change the sheets. Check out was slow. Parking will be an issue if there are activities in the hotel.

Room was nice, Hotel not so nice
Anthony is the man to go to if you have any problems. He works the registration desk but seemed to be the man with the answers. We had trouble with our television and he tried to fix it, sent up a tech and checked in with us again to make sure it was okay. The toilet ran if we didn’t take the top off and fix the valve. The jacuzzi was disgusting the first night and looked cleaner the next night, but we still would not have gone in for a soak. The room was nice, beds comfortable. The coffee in the restaurant could put sludge to shame. Thank you Anthony for helping us and being such a good PR guy.
