Magnificent
Chateau Inn and Suites was a fantastic hotel. I stayed there on a Thursday night because I was in New Jersey for a funeral. My expectations were really low, and I was not expecting much. When I got there, the desk attendants were very helpful: showing me exactly where my room was, telling me about parking, and also explaining snack/breakfast time. There were plenty of maps and guides on things to do. My room was beautiful. The king-sized bed was made nicely and also very clean. I did not have a problem at all with touching the comforter (you always hear bad stories about the comforter in other hotels). No stains anywhere. The bathroom, also clean, was a bit small but it was not like I was having parties in there anyway. The whirlpool tub in the bathroom was also fantastic. Climate control was very easy, as there were both fans and A/C-Heat controls. There were also windows that could have been opened. Overall, great stay- even though it was just for one night. Really enjoyed the hotel and the nearby city around it. There were beautiful Victorian homes, neat shops and restaurants, and three blocks from the beach. The hotel even has bikes that you can borrow. Really great stay, highly recommend it.
