Fine room for the money
This is a fine place to stay if you just want a simple place for not a lot of money. Its not fancy, there aren’t a lot of "extras" but its clean, and its a place to sleep. The staff was very polite and accommodating when we arrive a little early. I would stay here again.

Disappointed
E.S. Clairmont was a disappointment to us as 10 of us stayed in another of your hotels a few years ago for the Christmas holiday and had the time of our lives. Simpy speaking, Clairmont is in desperate near of renovations. The carpet throughout the place was nasty and smelled. The atmosphere was quite dreary color wise. We have bragged about Extended Stay’s since our Christmas visit but not any more, sorry!

I won’t go back
Daily room service (clean towels, empty trash can, etc) costs extra, and staff did not explain this at check-in. There was left over food in the fridge, and dishes supposed to be clean were dirty.
