Wow
Impeccable service and great location. Youre right on the Grand Canal and around the corner from St. Marks square and the Bridge of Sighs. They even have a complimentary boat you can take to Lido if you want to head to the beach or pool! This hotel was the most lavish one we stayed in in our 3 week trip to Italy. You really feel like you are in a palace, with the ornate floors, Murano chandeliers, and all of the ornate details! We were also incredibly lucky to be offered a complimentary upgrade, and we were given a room with a view of the grand canal! Beautiful! Even though we were right above the busy street that runs along the canal, noise was never a problem, and we slept quite nicely. The sheets they use are actual linen, so I found them to be a little rough (I also had a sunburn...) but other than that, I thought it was perfect!
