Chateau La Roque Chateaux Et Hotels Collection

Nearby Avignon and the Isle of Sorgue, this exceptional chateau of the XIth century dominates an authentic village of the Provence. Renovated with elegance, rooms and suites are very comfortable and refurnished with style. Enjoy the calm and serenity and the magnificent views from the gardens and rooms. The cuisine is provincial and offers a large choice of regional wines.

The most amazing place in Provence

The room, the view, the food, what more could you want? I intended to check in and then drive around the rest of the afternoon. It was such a spectacular place that I didn’t want to miss a minute of it, so I took a chair and sat outside and read and looked at the village and farms below. They still have horses that pull the wagons on the farms. The food for dinner was inventive and delicious, and make sure you have his breakfast, it is light, and pure pleasure.

Traveller's tip

Make sure you get really good directions on how to get there. I stopped a postal delivery vehicle, and he very kindly said "follow me" or I would never have found it.
