Scottsburg Holiday Inn - Very Nice
The hotel was very neat and clean. The hotel personnel were helpful and kind.

Nice place, but the place across the highway’s nicer...
The hotel was pretty decent: reasonably new, near the highway, and the staff was very friendly. A couple things were off, though: first, the pool was off-limits for the whole stay (some sort of leak if I remember correctly). I spent more than I would’ve somewhere else, and part of the reason is that I wanted to take some of the family swimming in the indoor pool. Oops... The other problem had to do with that fancy showerhead: while it worked very well, the fella who installed it apparently forgot to use plumber’s tape. A drippy experience... I may stay there again... then again, the breakfast at the place across the freeway is better, and both the pool and the rooms are nicer. (It’s normally $10/night more, but I think it’s worth it...)

Perfect for a Stop Overr
Hotel is close to Interstate and food. It is easy to get to, and rooms are very clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
