Not Impressed by Staff Attitude
On arrival we were greeted by a surly receptionist who told us the computer was down and we could not check in, we asked could we store our bags and return later answer no. Despite the floor plan showing a baggage room. As a budget hotel it was exactly what we expected but they need to work on their customer service skills.

not impressed
The rooms are tiny travelled with 2 adults 1 4year old 1 3 month old first room you could not move for the bed and crib no place for suitcases on floor. Second room was not much bigger, 3rd room more space for suitcases on floor. 4 year old had to sleep on floor as bunk bed, which we were not told it would be, was to high. Shower room flooded every time you used the shower. Would not recommend hotel to anyone. Not impressed at all.
