It’s a very decent.
It’s a very good, no-frills, hotel. Clean and comfortable. The only criticism is the location of the soap holder. I kept bumping into it with my elbow. I really appreciate the reasonable prices of the sundry items near the front desk.

Great Hotel
Had a little trouble finding the place due to 6th Ave and 6th St being a few blocks from each other. 6th Ave was a dump and I was going to freak if the hotel was in that neighborhood. Luckily 6th St was East downtown neighborhood slightly started to get better as we approached the hotel. We stayed for a ballgame and the hotel was a good walking distance from Chase Field, not too far. The walk after the game at 9pm seemed safe enough. The room was clean and nice. You could slightly hear next door neighbors but not too bad. Breakfast in the morning was good. I would definitely stay here again.

"Great Stay"
We were greeted at the front desk with smile. The check in was smooth with no hassles. The room was clean and neat and the view was good. Continental breakfast was a plus. We were thankful for the express checkout since we left for the airport at 5am. I would stay at this hotel again.
