Perfectly fine place to stay
My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in downtown Minneapolis. I chose the hotel due to its closeness (within walking distance) to the Orpheum Theater. The area was safe, and the hotel was comfortable. It served its purpose perfectly.

Fine Stay
If you wont be in your room that much, and have earplugs, this place is a fine choice. It has the most going for it in terms of location and off-street parking. The only issue with the parking is it’s first-come, first-serve. We didnt get it for day one, which caused numerous headaches using a garage lot. Beyond that, this is a fine choice. Breakfast is basic, walkable location to downtown, and only slight shadiness from fellow travelers.
