Good Stay
The hotel for the price is ok, has a complimentary breakfast, and the neighbourhood is very nice, including a beach and a very nice Irish Pub. The room is very big and confortable.

Close to the Beach and the Trolley
I checked into this hotel in the late evening and the desk clerk was quick, friendly and very professional. The parking was convenient and in a city of endless parking fees, thankfully free. The hotel is only two floors and I was onthe second. No elevator but that was not much of an inconvenience. The room was very nice with a large closet, a desk, TV in a cabinet and a very comfortable King bed. There was also a round table with two chairs but it really did not fit in the room. The room was long and narrow and the table made it difficult to get around the bed. The Air Conditioner was also a bit slow to cool the room but it did make it confomfortable after about a half hour. Not great with very workable. The location was great. A few block to the boardwalk along the lake. Close to plenty of trend restaurants on Queen and the Trolley/Street car stopped right in front of the hotel. I suggest getting a Day Pass for the metro and hop on and off the subway and trolley.
