A relaxing, pleasant hotel

Attractive authentic stone house with many courtyards and balconies. Quiet surroundings, relaxed atmosphere. Standard room was small but cosy with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Wonderful, friendly, attentive staff. Fresh, tasty food to be found in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel, lovely location!

I wondered how much space I would need for one. When checking in on the first night, there was assistance with taking me to my room across the way from the main complex. Watch out for the uneven steps if not on the ground floor. The room I was placed into had everything advertised for the rate paid for, and all was pretty straightforward to operate. Food - plentiful when needed. Varied choice of hot food as well. Drinks - a little expensive. It was worth a walk around Kaleiçi [Old City] to get something a little less expensive. The pool appeared to always be empty whenever I looked in, but the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Location, in the old city, was excellent. No complaints from me.

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Much like others, I’d suggest heading around Antalya as a whole, particularly walking around the narrow streets of Kaleiçi, ...and hop on a boat to see the coastline. THEN head out in a taxi to the waterfalls (Düden, Manavgat) and the remains (Side, Perge)... For those wanting to relax, there are miles, and miles, of beaches!

Nice hotel, not worth upgrading the room

Hotel was was attractive and had a romantic feel which is what we wanted. We upgraded to a luxury sea view room which was considerably more money and was very dissapointing. For the first night the room was available so we were put in an inferior room with no compensation. When we go to the correct room we were suppose to receive free wine and fruit and didn’t get it and free use of a laptap in the room and didn’t get it. The term sea view is inaccurate. To see the sea we had to go on to terrace and infront of the someone else’s room. The view of the sea was distant and somewhat dissapointing.
