Friendly and service-oriented staff at front-desk and concierge with a "no-problem-attitude". Clean hotel room, OK-ish fitness room and supert steam sauna and pool. Minus side: Windows at our level could not be opened, contrary to what was said in the hotel description, and business center was out of order. Highly recommended hotel, and if you fancy other breakfasts there are numerous opportunities just around the corner.

Ideal location and perfect service
This is the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting London. The location is ideal for theatreland, shopping and nightlife- ideal for our girl’s weekend. Although it is in a central location our rooms were very quiet. The staff were exceptionally helpful from organising theatre tickets, meal in the restaurant and taxis they could not have been better. The hotel restaurant has a new chef and the food was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.
For a snack - try the local patisserrie a few metres from the hotel on the opposite side of the street.

Very good size hotel room in a great location
Room was so long, my husband commented on the distance from the bed to TV! This is in a great location for theatres & Covent Garden. Didn’t eat at hotel (and restaurant was always empty) - no wonder based on price of breakfast. Loads of good value cafes around. Hairdryer was standard built in to bathroom type with no power - so will take my own next time.
