Not Cheap !
Well sterling is low against the euro so everything’s expensive but Monaco has shot up in price since last year. Hotel has a great position, is reasonably clean, but a little tired. Would still recommend it as you can walk in to Monaco and tothe heliport as taxis are hard to come by.

Quai Des Princes Residence Hotel
Excellent location & economically priced.The receptionist was very helpful with good local knowledge. However the decor & furnishings are very antiquated. Twin beds pushed together with again antiquated bedding.The toilet seat was broken, the toilet light didnt work, the phone stopped working. The hall connecting the rooms was dark & damp smelling. Wifi only covers the reception area which is extremely annoying. The reception area has a quaint pond outside which allows the fish to swim under glass flooring in the reception, unfortunately is it completely green & dirty ! Lovely pool area, however the lift didnot work & so the only way in was via stairs & the only way out was if the lifeguard come back down to use his swipe card ?? Basically it needs some serious cash thrown at it !
