Have stayed before 2 years ago, still good and friendly
Clean comfortable room with all modern amenities. Friendly staff and helpful. Good location to shops and food mall.

Something missing
Kempinski in Amman may be great for busines but not for leisure. The location isn’t great as there is not much around the hotel, the Spa offerings and services are not great, i find the food not very good and very expensive for what it is and there is no atmosphere.
