Fantatsic
What a great hotel. Fantastic standard and the staff were brilliant. We stayed for a birthday and would definately recommend it!
Make sure you use the pool!

One of the London’s Best Hotels
Pros: Perfect location. Very nice and comfy room, lobby, lifts... Great bed, really comfy. Big, comfy and very functional bathroom. Housekeeping make up the room twice every day. Very kind and nice staff at reception desk. Impressive pool. Cons: The high efficiency water flush device at toilet and sinks is really too noisy.

Outstanding hotel
We spent three nights in One Alwydch and so had a good chance to get a valid opinion. The staff a terrific - they genuinely seem to care, nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are on the small side, but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bathrooms are excellent, with proper showers. The vacuum p;umbing is noisy, though (like an aircraft!). Apart form that the rooms are virtually silent, with decent aircon. Food is very good, and surprisingly good value. The bar has a nice atmosphere with excellenet service. Without a doubt the best hotel I’ve stayed in in London (or anywhere else) for a long time.
Very handy for the Royal Opera House and Theatreland in general
