Does not cater to the holiday traveler
Concierge staff not very knowledgeble. I stay in Sheraton group hotels frequently and really was not happy with this hotel. The staff could not direct us to where we wanted to go and did not have suggestions on what we could do. It seems to be mainly a business hotel and does not cater to those on holidays much.

impressed
enjoyed my stay here, stayed for 9 nights, staff were very helpfull at all times! enjoyed the benefit of the outside pool andthe fact that drinks can be ordered to the pool via a poolside phone. also air conditioning in room was excellent, climate control was very responsive. supermarket next door which saved alot of hastle.

Not Impressed with the over booking game
Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for a shuttle and they said they booked me at one of their other locations miles away from where I wanted to stay because they over booked and had no more rooms. After complaining for 30 minutes, they finally gave me an executive room. I have no patience for these types of games and tricks used by hotels. We chose to stay in that hotel because of the location and it annoys me when the hotels try to move you for poor planning and operations.
