Never Again
This hotel is NOT near the airport. It was a 30Euro cab ride from the airport to this hotel. The hallways were noisy because of the tile floors. The shuttle only left every hour and starts at 7am which was not convenient for my early morning flight (and it cost additional Euros to ride the shuttle). Overall, I was not happy with this hotel and would not go back. It was the worst hotel of my entire trip and it stressed me out getting/being there so it was not worth it.

Not impressed with shuttle service
Assumed that the shuttle service would run every 1/2 hour to 1 hour intervals. Well it doesn’t. In fact you have to call the hotel to let them know to pick you up and when I did they didn’t send the shuttle over asap but had to wait 3 hours. Was told the shuttle ran at 1 pm and 5 pm. That’s it for the pm rides. Landed at the airport about 11:30 AM and it took another 1/2 hour to just to find the shuttle pick up area. Waited for about an hour, went inside the terminal to call the hotel and phone was out of order. Went back outside and waited another hour and went back to terminal and found a working phone at about 2 PM. That’s when I was told that next shuttle was at 5 PM. What’s the use of calling the hotel if they don’t send the shuttle when you call? And then they charge you 15 Euros each way for a 5 mile trip. What’s with these outrageous shuttle and taxi prices, anyway? They need to get a much better shuttle schedule. It looks like they take off from 1 to 4...their normal ’siasta’ break and could care less about us tourists. Too bad because it’s a pretty nice hotel with courteous people working there.
