Central Nante at a good price
Stayed twice for two nights each time in a one bedroom apartment. First stay was great, clean, spacious, quiet, and everything worked. Second stay had broken toilet, broken shower, broken shelf, and reeked of cigarette smoke.Also were locked out of garage although we had said we were bringing a car. Sunday arrival meant no staff were present. Great location and can be a great place but not predictable. Good value for price especially since center city is walking distance

perfect central location
central but quiet location, very small room, very clean, everthing within 15 mins walk but tram stop within spitting distance for the very lazy, extremely helpful staff, perfect for short stay
walk everywhere, I saw all attractions within a 15 min stroll from hotel with gorgeous shops/cobbled streets en route, the ferry across the Loire is only 1 Euro each way and a fabulous lunch can be had for 2 euros courtesey of the many baguette shops (camembert, rocket, walnut), washed down with sparkling wine, 1.70 euros per bottle and nicer than Cava, from Monoprix supermarket

Avoid
The room is disgusting, especially not ideal if you have a baby. The carpet is filthy, the bed is uncomfortable and the blanket has cigarette burnt holes and not been washed for years. The chairs in the kitchenette are broken. Otherwise, convenient location and friendly staff.
