Ticks most boxes for a budget hotel
This hotel was pretty decent for the price. I was here for business and it was only 10 minutes walk from the Parc Chanot Exhibition Centre/Stade Velodrome which was perfect. It was also right next to Perier metro station making trips into the Old port very easy. The hotel was clean and in good order although the air conditioning in my room seemed to attack my throat for some reason?

Above average
Good value for money. Location is perfect. Rooms are a fair size. Self catering facilities more than adequate. Aircon was essential as temp in August was 37c in the shade. Parents need to be aware that swimming pool is 1.7m deep. no shallow end. Staff are friendly and courteous and english speaking.
Traveller's tip
Bus 21 takes you straight to the vieux port & shooping centre. Bus 83 from Rond point takes the scenic route and gives you the most beautiful views.

Would stay at this hotel again
This was a good price hotel and the service was excellent. It was very central with the bus stop and Metro just a minute away. The only thing is, we would have liked a toaster in our room. The microwave and hots were very efficient. The French like small cups so we went out and bought two mugs to use as we had a week in this hotel.
Buy a three day travel pass which you can use on the Bus, tram and Metro. Cost of Pass 10 Euro
