QUALITY HOTEL AND CITY !!
Fantastic room, very pleasant service, room made up every day. Fantastic. Only downside was the lack of options at breakfast (coffee and croissant only...) but overall a pleasure to have stayed at. Would definitely recommend to someone needing a comfy and welcoming base from which to organise a tour of Rome!
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Don’t get the green and grey tour bus - very disappointing service all round and from what we gathered, the other tour buses (red 110 etc) provided a much more sincere and fluid service. The green/grey bus tour was apparently every 2o minutes (we waited at least 45 mins per bus) and even missed out stops without warning (including the colosseum!!).

ask for a room at the front of the building
Location was perfect, and the hotel cleanliness and staff were good. However the rooms at the back are dreadful. We were first given one room on the 3rd floor with the window facing into the staircase of another building. When asked to have something better we were given a room still at the back, with a window into a tiny dirty courtyard from which came a funny smell. However, peeped into one of the rooms at the front and this was excellent!

Great location, lovely service
Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Room was large by Rome standards and bathroom actually had a jacuzzi tub!! View from rooftop dining area was beautiful. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
