Excellent customer care
We stayed at the Kyriad overnight on the way to the south of France with our three children who are all coeliacs. On arriving we mentioned this to the receptionist to ask whether it might be possible for them to eat their own food that we had brought with us in the restaurant. They could not have been more helpful. The proprietor of the hotel is a Coeliac himself and not only oversaw the cooking of the children’s supper but also brought in some of his own gluten free food for them to try. This is the first time we have been able to relax and enjoy a meal out with our children since they have been diagnosed and it was wonderful. They were so kind and thoughtful we have nothing but compliments for the hotel staff - they thought of everything!
