Stunning Hotel in a Stunning City
We chose the Relais Santa Croce as the hotel for our Honeymoon stay in Florence. On arrival, our first impressions of the Relais were excellent and maintained throughout our stay. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped organise our day excursion to the retail outlets (Gucci, Prada, etc.). The hotel has a nice, quiet ambience and is conveniently located close to all of the main attractions. All in all, both my wife and I were suitably impressed with the hotel’s facilities.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located
This is a beautiful hotel in a medieval palace. We loved the long staircase and the high ceiling of the main lounge. The hotel feels spacious, yet intimate (not that many guests were there during our stay in September) The decoration / furniture is modern and works well with the grand old rooms and frescoes. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, happy to organize bookings in nice local restaurants, museums... The only snag was the failure of the aircon in our room (which actually worked perfectly when reception turned it on on their central computer...). Provided money is no object, you can also book the three star Michelin Enoteca Pinchiorri, which is located in the same building!
