Lovely location right by the beach perfect if you want a mix of a beach and city break
Hotel was lovely and in a perfect location, right on the beach and all tourist attractions not far and easily accesible by bus, tram, or metro. Perfect for a mix of city and beach break.
Visit Park Cuitadella, they have a man made lake in the middle where you can hire out rowing boats ! Great fun !

great value
The hotel was really nice, if you have a fear of heights make sure your room is on a low floor as the elevator is glass and you will be sick going up 23 floors. pool on the 23rd floor was very cool but all the areas around it seemed to be only open around summer time which is understandable. The only 1 drawback i would say about the room which was very nice with a lovely sea view was that when you had a shower the bathroom got completely destroyed with water, it went out under our door onto the carpet in the hall it was that bad. Their is an environmental policy with the towel and you reuse your towel but we used our towels and dressing gowns the 1st night to dry the floor so that really isn’t much of an environmental policy and they should do something about this. Breakfast was amazing, such a selection, it really was the nicest breakfast i ever had in a hotel and staff were really helpful, location was perfect as their is a metro accross the road and the barcelona tour has a stop on the other side of it, really would recommend this hotel!!!

Leaky
Nice hotel, modern but all showers leaked quite badly even after changing rooms. I didn’t like the fact that the toilet didn’t have a proper door it was embarassing when sharing with a friend it was a glass cubicle you could see through from the bedroom so you have to pull the blind down not to be seen when getting in and out of the shower. Very small pool you had to get a spot in the sun as it was mainly in the shade. A bit out of it for the center a tube station is nearby 2 min walk. The food and drinks in hotel were expensive. I wouldn’t stay again.
Traveller's tip
Eat outside of the hotel. There is a shopping center right next door, I ate at macdonald’s most of the time as it was cheap and cheerful the restaurants were pretty crap.
