Not impressed
we request a high floor room but they give us a room in the 3rd floor, so we asked them to changed it to a room in higher floor and they did , but the blanket and the pillows were smelling . We didn’t like the services they are so slow and they don’t know what they are doing.

Four Points Verdun
The hotel service and cleanliness as well as location are excellent. I recommend anyone who wishes to stay in beirut at a reasonable price to pick this hotel.

I spent a very pleasant weekend in this hotel. There was a feeling of being in a boutique hotel with personalised service rather than an Americanised, large, impersonal 5-star hotel. The staff were courteous and attentive. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I loved the roof-top bar with the view of the sea and and the mountains in the background. My only criticism is that I felt that the swimming pool was too small but apart from that I had a an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Well done everybody!
Traveller's tip on dining
I dined in an Italian restaurant called Piazza in the Achrafia district of Beirut. Great homemade piazza here and not too expensive by international standards.
