great Heidelberg stay
Very clean comfortable nice hotel. Great location by the marketplaz everything was walkable. the best part of the hotel was the helpful folks at the front desk. they answered lots of questions and wre very nice and courteous.

Comfort and courtesy
Lovely hotel right in the centre of Heidelberg, by Bismarckplatz, where all the trams and buses are available. About a mile from the hbf, can be walked but nearly every bus and tram goes to Bismarkplatz. A little noise from the trams, but overall very quiet for a city centre hotel. The hotel is a training hotel for the local college, the staff are mostly young but super polite and helpful. Standards are very high. Rooms spotless and well furnished. Room prices very reasonable considering the dire state of the GB pound! Two suggestions: -The hotel should feature the breakfast and its price more. 10 Euros and extremely good. -Copy British and American hotels and provide a tea/coffee tray.

Great hotel at a great price!!
This hotel is right outside the old city and in the most perfect place! Parking is close and cheap. I was worried at first about the street cars and busy street out front until we shut the sound proof windows. My husband is a light sleeper and anything can wake him up however he slept better at this hotel than ay of the others we stayed at. We will be staying again next year!
