Not impressed
We were recommended the Camponile Hotel in bordeux. We chose the group as we were travelling with our pet but the rooms looked nothing like the web page, it was dirty and we woke to find cockroaches climbing the walls. I would not book again.

Great in passing
Le Campanile is an ideal rest stop on route. The rooms are very basic, as is the service, but for the price it is exactly what you pay for. The triple rooms are very crampt for three, you have been warned. My advice, arrive late, post dinner, a drink at the bar, then leave early and breakfact elsewhere.

Good budget hotel
Comfortable hotel - rooms quiet at the back - very helpful staff and excellent breakfast
Le Mans old town beautiful and very good restaurants but book or go early evening to get a table
