Ideal location
Only used as an overnight stop. The hotel is ideally situated only a few minutes from the ferry. It is in a quiet location, has a good restaurant on site, freindly staff and the room was comfortable

One night in Calais
The hotel was fine for a one night stopover in Calais as we arrived on a late ferry. Our room was guaranteed for late arrival, and the hotel was relatively easy to find thanks to the good (but small!) signposts. The aircon caused the hotel problems, both our room and another room they tried for us had broken aircon, which was uncomfortable as it was hot. The staff were friendly however, and the room was clean and functional.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
The buffet-style breakfast in the hotel costs around 10 Euros per person. You can eat as much as you want, perfect to set you up for a long drive if travelling far.
