Fine for an overnight stop
Bourges is a nightmare to drive around, due to a maze of one-way streets. Le Berry is across the road from the main train station, so just follow the signs for SANEF. Comfortable room, but cramped bathroom. Clean, and brightly decorated in an African theme. Good for an overnight stop, but pricey as is everything in Bourges.
The cathedral is a must to see, and the rest of the historic centre has some gems.

Fine for an overnight stay.
We were just stopping overnight whilst driving up to Calais from Pezenas, South of France. It was a great choice of place to stop as was exactly half way. The hotel was clean with nearby parking at the train station at a very reasonable price. The restuarant under the hotel was very good, and convenient. The room was very small, especially the bathroom (if you sat on the toilet your knees would knock on the door!!!), and the bed was uncomfortably hard, but otherwise the hotel was good value for money.

Small but clean and nice
Conveniently located in a really lovely town. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and had everything we needed. My only disapointment was the room and ensuite were very small. Good value for money though.
