Honeymoon BLiss
From the location(which was prevelent in many many postcards of Bruges), to the cleanliness, to the staff (which was impeccible), this hotel experience was quite frankly the best hotel experience I have ever had. And I believe I had one of the cheaper rooms to boot. Highly recommended.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Take the time to go south in the city to the Brugse ZOT brewery and Minnewater area. Its about a 10 minute walk. I also recommend being adventurous and utilizing the Bruges train station for atleast one day trip. Try Ghent, or Poperinge, or Liege. These day trips, and the ensuing adventure that comes with it, are the little things you tend to remember. Make Bruges your home base. Stay in Brussels the final day, as your return flight will most likely go through Brussels.

Romantic and Fab views
We had a superior classic with canal views and the room was very comfortable. Bit disappointed that there was no tea/coffee available unless by roomservice and only at certain times and very costly. Ideally situated and attentive service - I would go back but would chose a less expensive room as we weren’t in there much at all.

Saturday market had lots of bargains and was fun to walk around

fantastic hotel,with high standards
Not many hotels live up to there ratings, yet this is a true gem, attention to detail is the key, and totally dedicated staff, who make your stay so comfortable, location is second to none, we had the cheapest room and had no complaints, yes you can stay in bigger hotels with more facilities but, you won’t stay in many better hotels in a city than this, i’ve gave this hotel 5 out of 5 on all scores basically because i can’t find any faults.
Traveller's tip on dining
Don;t eat in the main square, great location but very average food, walk around see who is busy, we ate at a fortis hotel out of the main tourist square, can’t remember the name but the food was excellent.
