Airport Hotel by The New Yorker - Cologne
Very clean and efficient hotel. We had a pleasant stay. Several typical German restaurants/bars next door (good), no grocery stores in the area. Actual distance to the airport entrance is 2 km, so you need a taxi (Euro 5.50), which the hotel will order for you. Recommended.

Decent hotel close to the airport
Only a short cab ride from the airport or can walk it in under half an hour. Easy to catch the train into Cologne from the airport as well. Room was large and comfortable.

Close to Airport...
I really enjoyed this hotel...very comfortable and clean. I did not like the fact that the breakfast was WAY over priced so if I ever stayed here again I’ll grab something at the airport, believe it or not it’s cheaper.
