Exceeded our expectations
The St. James was so ideally located and we were so very happy with access to just about everything. Although the room was small and lacking in things such as kleenex, hair dryer, it was clean, the staff were very helpful and the deli next door was excellent for breakfast and evening snacks. Would certainly recommend it unless you are going to New York to sit in your room.

Friendly service in a good location
The staff was wonderful!! I almost forgot I was in NYC. The hotel is nothing fancy, in fact there was no air in our room so do not stay in the summer. It is in a great location and the price is right.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Take the air train from the airport and catch the subway it was only $7.25 and part of the NYC experience, my daughter loved it.

St James Hotel
Great Location only 1/2 block to Time Square. Very clean! Nothing fancy but inexpensive and served its purpose! Would stay here again!
